AustCham SC was invited to join ATLAS Workplace·GT Land Tower H Opening last Friday. More than 40 renowned media companies and 300 esteemed guests were invited from Guangzhou and Shenzhen, to witness the third ATLAS Workplace Opening in Mainland China. ATLAS Chief Executive Officer – Ron Chen, shared his insight on how to balance the life-style and workload in the changing modern world.
What is a serviced office and what does it mean for business in the future?
The idea of serviced offices is a renovation of conventional office rental, which aims to build a community as a service provider, not just a traditional property dealer. From another perspective, it offers Small to Medium Enterprise to start their business in central CBD but does not need to commit to getting their own office space from the beginning. With the membership-based idea, serviced office offers its members not only offices for everyday operation, but also a solution provider to office facilities, restaurants, Gym, wine bar, etc., which establishes a closer community for businesses.
