Effective Intercultural Meetings
Sino Associates supported by AustCham South China and Hilton Double Tree Guangzhou, hosted a roundtable discussion on the impact of cultural diversity on teams and discuss best practices for working effectively in intercultural teams and workplaces. The session, moderated by Massen, simulated working in an intercultural team with several engaging and interactive activities. It was a great opportunity to look at the approaches to working with other cultures and identify how to create cultural synergy.
