What is important to you when taking your business to China?
Considering your overseas IP strategy will give you the best chance at business success when taking your business abroad.
Many Australian entrepreneurs take their business to China each year; some to access cost-effective manufacturing, others to target a new market. And yet, there is a lot of confusion around how Aussie businesses can protect their intellectual property (IP) when approaching the Chinese market. IP Australia wants to equip you with the knowledge you need to make an informed decision about your IP before you head to China. So IP Australia are embarking on a program of work to build a suite of information to clear up this confusion, and are looking for your input. Are you an Australian business who has recently taken your business to China, or is planning to in the next 12-24 months? If so, take a 10 minute survey and share what is important to you when taking your business to China. Alternatively, share your story or questions by sending IP Australia an email communication@ipaustralia.gov.au |
