The Annual General Meeting

Notice as to Annual General Meeting in accordance with Article IV of the AustCham Articles of Association

 

The Chamber is pleased to invite Members to attend the 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and associated Board of Directors Elections held in Guangzhou.

Date:        Friday 16 December
Time:       Starting at 7:00pm
Location:  Asia-Pacific International Cultural Exchange Centre Favourview Palace, Wushan, Tianhe Distict Guangzhou 510620, P.R. China

MEMBERS ONLY EVENT

The AGM is a chance for our members to hear directly from the Chair and other members of the Board of Directors on the performance of the Chamber over the past 12 months and plans for the year ahead. This will also be an opportunity to meet and hear from the Australian Consul General, Mr. Dominic Trindade, who will be providing an update on the Australian Government’s priorities for engagement with Australian business in mainland Southern China and how the Government can work with AustCham.

AustCham South China will be holding the Board of Directors’ Election on this day and have received all applications.

Please remember that if you cannot be present on the night you can vote via absentee ballot or you can authorise another member to vote on your behalf.
