Last Thursday AustCham proudly hosted one of it’s regular Business Referral Dinners, this time with a fresh new format based on attendee feedback. We welcomed over 30 guests to The Crowne Plaza Guanzhou City Centre, who generously provided their five star hospitality for the evening, for a night of networking, industry referrals and food.
We had a mix of familiar and new faces in the crowd and a system of registration that specified industries that attendees were interested in getting referrals from. Hospitality, import and export based services, health care products and education all had strong representation, as well as legal, investment and public relations sectors.
This event was also an opportunity to introduce major sponsor and newly appointed board director Louis Chen from Aoye, as well as beverage sponsors Pran Wines an San Miguel. All attendees left with new friends, good conversation, and a booklet detailing all the companies involved on the night for future reference. We’ll be sending out a very short post event feedback form to continue improving this event, we look forward to the next one.
