Sally Grice was born in Sydney and grew up on Australia’s Gold Coast. She has lived in Shenzhen, China for the last 15 years with her husband and two young daughters. Sally was a professional stuntwoman, water-skier and a 2-time world champion cable wakeboarder who was the first woman in the world to perform multiple inverted tricks.
Sally is on the board of Directors for Austcham SC (Australian Chamber of Commerce South China) and the Chair of the tech committee. She has 19 years of experience in international trade, product engineering, manufacturing and distribution. She is the founder of Grice Trading International Limited, RKD Headwear (a global custom headwear brand) and The Supply Base (a product development and supply chain management service).
In 2021 she launched Lacevo, a groundbreaking femtech company at the forefront of innovative breast pump solutions. Lacevo is dedicated to empowering mothers throughout their breastfeeding journey with practical, life-enhancing solutions so they can do motherhood, their way.
