The 7th China (Guangzhou) International Finance Expo

Last weekend AustCham participated in the 7th International Finance Expo, which aims to showcase the financial investment opportunities in different industries as well as different fast-developing areas in financial technology. During the grand opening ceremony, the importance of Guangzhou being the central city of the Greater Bay Area was well highlighted. The ceremony also awarded “Excellent Financial Organizations” as well as the “Golden Goat Books Award”; followed by a signing ceremony of Finance and Industries Connections Project.

We also reviewed the seminar forum which aimed to help small to medium sized enterprises, a large demographic of AustCham South China’s membership, in Greater Bay Area to build up an international credit investigation cooperation. The forum listed key statistics in the Greater Bay Area’s enterprises’ development , highlighting that investors should have confidence in GBA investment. This was followed by a signing ceremony between credit investigation company and small to medium enterprise representatives.

During the forum, the top credit investigation pioneer company CRIF showcased how it can help small and medium enterprises to finance effectively by using big data analysis and risk management consulting, end to end credit management platform, e-commerce solutions, and in the end evaluating with CRIF ratings.
