ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
AustCham South China thanks all our Members for their attendance at the Annual General Meeting yesterday evening.
The AGM provided Members with a report from the Board and a report of the current year’s accounts to date. The AGM also provided Members with the opportunity to take part in the nomination and election of the Board of Directors.
AustCham South China would like to congratulate and wlecome the following new Board Directors: Baron Hong, Kenneth Lam, Matthew Warr, Gilbert Xu and Richard Zhang.
AustCham South China would also like to extend our appreciation to outgoing Board Directors Greg Johnson, Jane Liu and Rafael Young for their extensive contributions over their two year term.
The AustCham South China 2019-2020 Board of Directors looks forward to working together to bring a stronger Chamber for all Members.
