Guangzhou Loves Fusion

The Wine People are excited to launch a new F&B Concept in China, providing a platform for our top chefs to shine. The inaugural event Guangzhou Loves Fusion will take place at the Park Hyatt Guangzhou. And all proceeds from the weekend will benefit Wilber Foundation.
GALA DINNER & COOK OFF COMPETITION
Five chef’s from Park Hyatt, The Sofitel, Langham Place, FUEL and Grand Hyatt will each prepare a course from the live kitchen to showcase exceptional produce, creativity and to provide the ultimate taste experience. All courses will be expertly paired with reserve wines by The Wine People.

KITCHEN PARTY
With tasting plates prepared by your favorite Guangzhou restaurants at live food stations paired with a wine (100ml) from The Wine People. Produce stands will also allow guest to taste & buy high quality produce for home delivery. Tickets include 4 tasting plates & wines (additional plates be purchased at the event).
