On August 13 and 14, AustCham member, The Canton Club, and media partner, That’s PRD brought 15 families to Foshan to enjoy an amazing summer camp. The event, ‘Australian Station,’ welcomed members from different countries to enjoy authentic Australian football, oil painting, and, as one would expect, delicious eats!
This summer camp began with a welcome speech by AustCham South China Chairman, Mr. Chris Roberts, and an Indigenous Australian dance performance.
Saturday activities included an exciting Australian football class followed by Guangzou Scorpions Australian Football Club and followed by an exclusive wine tasting by Tyans View. Guests were all treated with a delicious buffet feast that included beef steak by Keadon and another exotic performance.
Prizes for the lucky draw were graciously sponsored by the Canton First Estate and AustCham South China. The Canton Club look forward to seeing familiar faces at next summer camp on August 20 and 21!

两天一夜的行程里，15组中外家庭入住舒适典雅的广粤公馆，在吉祥物豆豆的陪伴下，孩子们和爸妈一起体验了广州蝎子澳式足球俱乐部带来的澳式足球亲子课、澳洲泰伦斯远景精品庄园美酒品鉴会、亲子手工作坊等独特体验。出来玩当然得吃好，由Keadon带来的澳洲鲜美牛肉搭档醇厚红酒成为活动亮点之一，琳琅满目的美食和甜点等特色美食令客人惊叹。
由广粤国际交流中心、中国澳大利亚商会华南的会员企业赞助的奖品更让来宾满载而归,广粤会期待下期夏令营再会!
